1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide: We collect personal information you choose to share, primarily your email address for account creation and management.
Payment Information: When you purchase Credits, our payment processor (e.g., Stripe) handles the transaction. We receive confirmation details but do not store your full payment card information.
Usage Information: We collect information related to your use of the Services, such as the models you interact with, Credit consumption, timestamps, and features used. This helps us operate and improve the Service.
Prompts & Outputs: Interactions you have with the LLMs through Unidock (your inputs and the models' outputs) are processed to provide the Service. See Section 3 regarding third-party providers.
Optional Logging (Beta): During the beta phase, we may log prompts and outputs for debugging, analytics (e.g., usage patterns), and abuse prevention to improve the Service. You may have options in your account settings to limit logging for certain purposes where feasible.

With LLM Providers: Your prompts are sent to the third-party LLM provider you select to generate a response. These providers have their own data handling policies. We encourage you to review the policies of providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) you interact with via Unidock. Their policies may dictate how they handle prompt data (transiently or otherwise).
With Service Providers: We use third-party services for functions like payment processing (e.g., Stripe), cloud hosting, and potentially analytics. These providers only access information necessary to perform their functions and are obligated to protect it.
