Welcome to Unidock! This agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("User") and Unidock ("Unidock," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Unidock provides a chat interface and potentially an API ("Services") allowing users to interact with various large language models (LLMs) from providers like OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and others, using a single credit system.
Unidock is currently in beta. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without notice. This includes the availability, features, or pricing of specific models.
Access to models from specific providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) depends on their continued availability through their official channels and may be subject to restrictions or changes imposed by those providers. We cannot guarantee perpetual access to any specific model.
Some models offered may be open-source versions. These might be served via infrastructure optimized for performance and cost (e.g., OpenRouter, Togetter.AI, Replicate, etc.). Their pricing structure may differ slightly. Detailed pricing is available within the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If younger, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.
You agree not to use Unidock to:
Users interact with models by purchasing and consuming credits ("Credits") using official provider rates.
A fee of 8% + $0.35 USD is applied to each Credit purchase transaction. Payments are processed via secure third-party services (e.g., Stripe), subject to their terms.
Purchased Credits are non-refundable.
While Unidock is in beta, Credits may expire 12 months after purchase.
Unidock offers Team Plans for organizations. These typically involve a recurring monthly fee, include a set number of users (with options to add more for additional cost), provide a monthly allocation of Credits, allow Credits to be shared across the team, and may allow unused Credits to roll over (subject to expiration). Specific Team Plan details are provided at sign-up.
We may change pricing for Credits or model usage at any time, with notice provided on our website or within the Services.
Unidock provides access to models from third parties. We are not responsible for the output generated by these models (e.g., accuracy, bias, potential harm). Use generated content critically.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use data. It's part of these Terms.
The Services are provided "AS IS," especially during the beta phase. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Unidock is not liable for any damages, loss, or problems arising from or related to the use of its Services.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll post changes, and your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept them.
You can stop using the Services anytime.
We may terminate your access for any reason, including violating these Terms, with notice where feasible.
